Order Cancellation
Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
During this period, we will make every effort to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team and include your order number.
After 12 hours, orders may already be in the processing or shipping stage, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Product Not Received
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping destination. Please note that order processing takes 1–2 business days before shipment.
If your order has not arrived within 15 days, we kindly ask that you allow additional time as shipping delays may occur due to:

- Carrier delays
- Customs procedures
